We view your progress as a win-win situation

Vacancies

We see development as more than just training and qualifications.

Working at Halcrow in the Middle East, you’ll be exposed to a wide range of ideas and ways of doing things. You’ll be challenged, stimulated and encouraged to try new things – ‘mundane’ and ‘career rut’ are not part of our vocabulary.

From in-house training sessions to tuition reimbursement schemes, we give you the freedom to map out your own development programme. We view your progress as a win-win situation – we gain an increasingly experienced member of staff; you continue to grow, learn, and take on more challenging, rewarding roles.

You’ll be given the autonomy to plan your career progression and training requirements, with our support and guidance. Want to get chartered? Keen to join a postgraduate programme? We actively encourage our employees continually expand their horizons, reflecting our belief in innovation and ingenuity.

This is supported by our development schemes, including:

  • Halcrow awards scheme - Halcrow awards encourage employees to pursue educational studies at a postgraduate level, and in special circumstances, at degree level. Ranging from first degrees to MBAs and MScs, these aim to link further study and training closely to business objectives so that long-term individual and company objectives are aligned.
  • Performance management programme - we all need to know what we're working towards and ensure we have the skills to meet demanding goals. Halcrow's performance management programme provides a tool for managers to direct their team's efforts to achieve company and personal success.
  • ILM Programme – Manage More: this programme is accredited with the Institute of Leadership and Management, leading to internationally-recognised management qualifications. The modules are relevant for all employees regardless of whether they are following a technical, project management or general management career route.

At Halcrow, we’re not just investors in people; we’re in investors in their future.
