The video above illustrates Halcrow's ethical stance and its commitment to effective partnering, community outreach and charity work. It is prefaced by a short introduction from Neil Holt, group director for corporate responsibility, outlining Halcrow’s values-driven approach.
Halcrow has made a clear ethical stand through an unequivocal statement of business principles. First published in 2003, and updated in 2008 and 2011, this clearly details our approach to work – we insist on honesty, integrity and fairness and expect the same from all those with whom we do business.
We have also clearly described the behaviour we expect from our employees. Sticking by these principles is an ongoing commitment and we remain convinced of the strength of the position we have taken. Essentially, it provides us with a standard by which to live and work.
Externally, we are signatories to the PACI Principles, corporate supporters of Transparency International (UK), and founder members of the UK Anti Corruption Forum.
