Halcrow’s policy in managing its business is to be client focussed and follow processes that provide services in a highly professional manner. In this respect all projects follow the Halcrow Group Business System which conforms to the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001, BS EN ISO 14001, and OHAS 18001. The objective is to ensure that we achieve the agreed requirements, apply best practice, incorporate the required degree of skill and care, satisfy clients, comply with legislation and seek continual improvement, whilst making appropriate profits.
