Halcrow employees tell their career stories on camera to help inspire and advise young people who are about to join the working world.

The filming project is just one of hundreds of similar events taking place around the country to create a living archive of real-life careers stories created by icould, and managed by CRAC: the Career Development Organisation.

At the heart of icould is a unique library of personal stories, told to camera, in their own words, by people of all ages and backgrounds in all sorts of occupations. It’s already the biggest resource of its kind, with over a thousand films.

Through their stories, icould brings to life a multitude of career possibilities, to get young people thinking positively and practically about the directions their own lives could take.
