Jim Riley has joined Halcrow as vice president of highway infrastructure, traffic and tolls, within the company’s transportation business group. An Ohio native, he has over two decades of experience in transportation technical, federal programmes, managerial, and corporate executive roles.

In his new role Jim will be responsible for expanding Halcrow’s highway transportation market in Chicago and Toronto, and will develop its traffic engineering services within North America.

Jim will be based in Halcrow’s Chicago office.
