Halcrow is platinum sponsors of the 22nd Annual American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) Conference on July 22 and 23, 2010 in Washington DC.
This renowned industry event is attended by government officials, ranging from governors to state and federal department of transportation (DOT) officials and state legislators, as well as consulting engineers, contractors, and financial professionals. This year, up to 350 public and private professionals are expected to attend.
Halcrow group board director and president of Halcrow, North America, Michael Della Rocca will be in attendance along with Brian Howells who is the 2009-2010 ARTBA P3 division president and a director of Halcrow’s transportation business. As president, Brian will introduce the conference’s keynote speaker, US Secretary of Transportation, Ray LaHood. He will also participate on the Federal Highway Administration’s (FHWA) conference panel.
Also representing Halcrow are vice president, Bob Brownstein, who will speak about high speed rail and PPP and Marcus Rooney, public-private partnership market sector manager, who will talk on the PPP and transit panel.
